  •  Proud mother of two and grandmother of five, with strong family values at the heart of everything she does.
  • Was married to a military officer, Tory has lived in several cities across Canada and overseas but proudly calls LaSalle her all-time favorite home.

  • Holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, bringing insight, empathy, and critical thinking to her work and leadership.
  • Comes from a proud military family, with generations of service — including her son, who served in the Canadian Armed Forces.
